Mischa Estate Range Shiraz

Inky ruby and opaque almost black in the center. Youthful and bright with a purple rim. Just a little closed but with hidden power and shows blackcurrant and blackberry fruit and a hint of white pepper and spice. Velvety spiced plum and berry fruit balance perfectly with the oak and ripe dry tannins. Excellent balance and structure with a long savory finish.

Holden Manz Big G

Colour: Intense dark ruby. Nose: Ripe dark fruit, graphite, cassis, a subtle herbaceousness, nuances of blueberry and thyme backed with hints of cedar wood and pencil shavings. Palate: Soft, voluptuous integrated tannins with a rich creamy cassis freshness. Silky smooth mid-palate with a finish that is full of dark fruit and long lingering flavors. Great tension!

Oak Valley Groenlandberg Pinot Noir

The Groenlandberg Pinot Noir is sourced from a selection of south-facing vineyards situated between 430m and 470m above sea level. There is minimal intervention in the cellar. Whole-bunch fermentations, gentle punch downs, and a careful approach to oak maturation create a delicate Pinot that expresses wonderful fruit and a strong sense of place.

This wine is graciously full-bodied with bold, yet smooth tannin that carries the flavors of mixed dark berries through to the long and spicy aftertaste. A hint of cigar box and cloves add to the endless depth and complexity of this abundant wine.

Although this wine can be enjoyed with a substantial beef fillet and pepper sauce right now, it will only improve over time and will benefit from aging 10 to 18 years.

Holden Manz Merlot Reserve

Color: Dark garnet with a bright red rim. Nose: Black cherry dominates with blackberry, subtle cedar, fynbos, and wild fig. Palate: Full-bodied. Black cherries and plum on entry with a complex mid-palate and a mocha finish – very moreish! Soft round tannins with a long velvety fruity finish.

Mischa Reserve Cerno

Silky smooth tannins round off flavors of blackberry jam and beautifully ripe plum. This wine is full-bodied yet elegant and can be indulged in right now, but will benefit from 10-15 years of aging.

This amazing wine can be enjoyed right now and can also be laid to rest for 10 to 15 years.

Château Cos D’estournel

The rigor of the selection combined with the large proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon has revealed a wine with unique balance, very precise, very pure with a wide range of aromatic complexity, both fruity and spicy. On the palate, the tannins are silky and intense, with a particularly long and brilliant finish.
